Fees:
- Fees are fixed in the following way:
- A single, flat rate fee for the entire proceedings in a given instance before court, prosecutor's office or administrative authority - most often such way of fee calculation is applied for criminal or civil cases in which value of litigation subject, i.e. value of the thing the litigation refers to or the disputable amount, can easily be established,. In civil cases the fee is based on the Regulation of the Minister of Justice dated 28 September 2002 on attorneys at law fees (Journal of Law of 2002, No. 163, item 1348 as amended) and on regulation of the Minister of Justice dated 28 September 2002 on legal adviser's fees (Journal of Law of 2002, No. 163, item 1349 as amended).
- If it is not possible to establish clearly the value of litigation subject in a given case or when services are provided to corporations, most often hourly fee is applied and is calculated for each commenced hour of work of our Law Firm. The rate is every time agreed with a mandator.
- When services are provided to corporations on an ongoing basis also a flat-rate, monthly fee is charged. The fee is every time agreed with a mandator.
